Monday/Tuesday
Today we will start with a Picture guessing game and share with the class how we spent our Easter holidays. We will then start a new topic in the book: Shopping!
We will begin with a video about attitudes to shopping, during which we will practise speaking with short conversations: Speakout: Shopping – English ESL video lessons
Next we will learn some new vocabulary related to shopping, as well as the vocabulary on page 62 in the book.
We will finish class with a vocabulary game to practise the spellings of the words we learned.
Wednesday/Thursday
Today we will read about online businesses on page 64 and watch a short video about four young American business-children who created their own successful company. Students will then work in small groups to create their own online business and present their ideas to the class.
